Best place ever in San Jose. These guys are super friendly and they really take care of car while you come there with any issue. I came there today my second time to change oil with my own oil and been served super fast. They charge $30/35 if you come with your own oil and filter ( i always prefer my own oil from mobile ) . While they change oil they checked everything from windshield water to my tire pressure and refilled everything. This is honest review ! Good job Guys ! Will definitely be back .

Fantastic and quick service, as well as a professional staff, all at a very competitive price. They always give recommendations but never try to up sell you like many other places. Many service garages lure you in with great teaser prices only to find out that you don't qualify unless you purchase this or have that serviced first at regular prices. They don't do that at Quality Tune Milpitas. The price they quote, is the price you pay. They do excellent work and they do business with integrity.

I had to get my car smog certificate for my DMV vehicle registration, so went to Quality Tune Up on S. Bascom in San Jose and they couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I only waited 14 minutes from start to finish and a very nice young man helped me at the counter and was very efficient and friendly. I got the idea it was a family owned business, but I'm not positive. I was also able to use a coupon for the smog certification. Great deal all around! I would go back there in a second without any hesitation!

His customer service has greatly improved at the addition of the new staff member. They are very sweet and quick. They have high quality parts to. I would never go to another shop again. I reccomend this shop to everyone who wants high quality parts.
