They inspect, make a diagnosis and repair my car carefully and consciousness .Mr. Marc in the front desk, gives the final touches to your car like to check tire pressure, level of fluids and oil; things that drivers not do this routinely before you left the garage. The service payment is acceptable. Only OEM parts.

We waited for 5 hours to get just a Smog Check.
Margarita, We are disappointed to see this review. We do work on a first-in, first-out basis for smog checks and oil changes. We do give an estimated wait time when you sign in for service. On our busier days, there can be an extended wait time. We recommend coming right at open time, calling ahead to gauge wait times to minimize your wait. We wish you the best for your car care needs. I would not go to the facility at Snell in San Jose, CA. I checked my car in & was told two hours. I walked over to a shop to kill time & came back to my 2023 Genesis getting a smog was UNDER another vehicle! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I had another employee who had checked my car in and was admiring it & didn’t even phase him. I live in California! What was he thinking? I took these two pictures. I just saw dirt & not tread so wiped it off, but left FUMING! I showed it to my brother & luckily he lives out of state.
Sara, To minimize wait times, we do pull the front end of vehicles under another vehicle on the hydraulic lift with a safety lock to perform smog checks or minimal repairs that do not require the vehicle to be lifted. We understand that your Genesis is important to you, but it could never be more important than a human life. Just to bring a little common sense back to this situation, OSHA has deemed it safe for human beings to stand under the vehicle on a hydraulic lift with a safety lock to perform service and repairs.
