Brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. Great that they are open on a Sunday and do inspections without appointments. Mark provided a great service, explained what he was looking at and looking for all through the process and gave a detailed explanation at the end. Also, the office has a great vibe with magazines on multiple different subjects (music, vehicles, history and more). I would definitely use them again for automotive services.

There is so many good things about this place. The crew is willing to go the extra mile.I truly believe that maintaining and repairing of all of the customer vehicle is done with integrity and pride.

This review is long over due! Marc and the guys at this location are just amazing! I've been coming here for the last 3 years since I moved from Orange County. I've been in for oil changes and these guys are quick and easy to work with. The earlier you get there the faster the service. I haven't had any issues and I always feel comfortable dropping off my car. They always call right when it's ready for pick up. Marc and his team are very friendly and I can't recommend them enough. Our old GMC Envoy needed a little attention-- it was in need of an oil change, as well as someone to get to the bottom of an electrical problem we were having. Marc provided us with excellent service, and he found the problem right away. We felt he was honest and fair in his charges, and we had a lot of confidence in his shop! We'd definitely recommend Quality to others.

Always excellent service when getting my Highlander’s smog check. Shop is clean, service top notch, and incredibly convenient. Marc, the service manager, is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also honored my loyalty by applying several discounts. It’s a fair price anyway, but I appreciated his going an extra mile.

Marc took excellent care of me and my car during our visit today. He was very quick and professional. When I called before I got off work to see if he could squeeze an oil change in he had me call him when I was on my way and even held a bay open for me. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
