Called them up on Saturday and they took our car on the same day for servicing which is great! Victor and Mark were very helpful and nice throughout. They inspected our car and explained nicely about all the parts that had to be replaced and did a great job in doing it. We're definitely going to come back here next time too for servicing.

I've been coming to this quality tune-up location for the past few years and have never had any issues, in and out every time 20-40mins depending on what I'm getting done and I can just hang around Santana row or sit nearby. Knowledgeable staff and honest guys, they don't try to push services on you, just give you recommendations. Gilbert helped me out today, friendliest guy and made my visit super speedy!

I've been going to see Zach (and staff) for all of my automotive needs for years now. He's honest about whether or not something actually needs to be done to my car(s) or not. Doesn't try to over sell. I have an '05 Corolla with over 200K miles that needed a serpentine belt ... dealership wanted over $600 to replace ... Zach and his team did it for less than $200 (with an oil change, too). The shop is always clean, the wait is never too long and they have free wi-fi.

I have taken my car to Quality Tune-Up a few times and each time the service was great. I do most of my car's maintenance and repair by myself and when it is beyond my expertise then I take it to a shop. Therefore, compare to average people who know a little or none about cars, I know enough to tell the difference between a good and bad mechanic as well as honest and dishonest ones. Through my experience with this shop, I found Sukhi an excellent and honest mechanic who has gained my respect.
