As always service was prompt personnel were pleasant and took information promptly when job done was called to inform me my car was ready and the amount that was due. Upon arrival I was asked a few questions and was receptive to the payment I asked to do. The car runs fine and smoothly.

Affordable service. However, 3 hours for an oil change is too long.
Alex, We work on a firdst in, forst out policy for all oil chnage and smog check services. We apologize for the wait, but we dedicate at least one out of our three bays for oil changes. If we are not busy with bigger repairs on the other two bays, we use them as well to try to minimize the wait times. We do give an estimated time of wait when you check in.
