Update: I went back. They were super apologetic, and fixed it in 15 minutes. Changed my 1 star to 3. They said 2 hours, then “forgot to call” me when they were done. Then they parked my car with the windows down, which I thought was weird. BUT I’m really leaving this review because they must have not done their job correctly bc the metal plate under my car is hanging down and dragging when I drive on the highway. I’ll be coming in to make sure it is fixed by you and no further damage was caused by this.
