Fastest oil change ever. I came in around 5pm, which is a busy time (everybodys getting off work), and was out in 30 min or less. Like any mechnanic would, they pointed out that I might need work on some other parts of my vehicle, but I loved that they weren't pushy about it. Don't forget to look up some coupons online. Quality Care Centers usually offer them.
Brendan, We always try to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Yes, do a thorough inspection of your vehicle during each visit. We feel it is our job to let you know what's needed via our inspection and/or your manufacturer mileage recommended maintenance. Talked to Marc on Friday for an oil change, he told me they are busy fridays. I told him I can come a different day when not so busy, so he said that would be great thank you come on Tuesday. I come Tuesday tell him how we talked on the phone Friday, he tells me my truck won’t fit on the lift yet I have had this place change the oil 2 times here already What I also forgot to mention is Marc said on the phone If you come on Tuesday I’ll have you in and out in 45 minutes. But actually once I was at the shop he made excuses that he can’t even do it at all. The other guy said the seal coating tank on my truck was to high & would hit the roof of the shop yet the tank sits lower then the cab of my truck
Tony, We are sorry that you had that experience. Unfortunately, your vehicle is an oversize dually that had an extra seal coating tank in the back. The recommended load for our lifts is less than 10,000 lbs. Most dually vehicles are over 8500 pounds alone. The tank that you added made our technician uncomfortable in lifting your vehicle. I have not been able to find your previous visits in our computer system going back to 2017. Although you might have had a previous visit, it is the technician that has to work under the vehicle and feel safe. The technician did not feel safe with your weight limit and therefore turned your service away. We wish you the best of luck with your maintenance needs. Thanks, The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
