I went to get horn replaced and they charged 316 labor charge. It's excessive and not justified given the work and time needed to do the job. Not at all value for money and sort of cheating to make a quick buck.
Awaiz, We're disappointed to see this review. We use the California approved labor guide to calculate labor hours charged. Your horn replacement was one hour that was charged at our hourly labor rate of $158. You were charged a $158 diagnostic fee to determine what was causing your horn not to work and what parts were needed to fix the problem. It's like paying for your Dr's visit to tell you what is wrong and then paying a separate amount for the medication to fix the problem. Marc was very pleasant and easy to talk to, including Mike. What we thought was a starter problem turned out to be a battery replacement. They did the work fast, checked for other issues, and only did the needed repairs. Would not hesitate to use them again.
