RED FLAG! DO NOT bring your car here. It is my duty to let you know after costed me $1500 lesson. Here is the reason. My daughter’s car has been servicing at the Honda dealer for a while. The last time we had the service the dealer was about a month or two ago regarding to the EVAP system. The dealer checked everything else and nothing needs to attention or fix. The car was due for oil change last week, then my daughter want to bring her car to this place to do oil change since it is very close to our place (walking distance & convenient), I thought would be using this place for future car repairs since it is so convenient. After the oil change my daughter said her car keeps showing Check Charging System indicator. It seems odd that alternate failed after oil changed, so I decided to bring back to car to dealer (instead of this place). The problem is drive belt was poked a hole, caused alternator, then caused the battery dead. The bell is still very good condition, no worn out sign, but you can see through a hole. What would likely cause a good condition drive belt has a hole? I thought to give this business a chance by bring my car to this place which costed me $1500 lesson to fix the drive belt, alternator, and the battery at the dealer. So, I want to warm others to think twice before bring your car to this Quality Repair place.
