The Quality Car Care Center on the corner of Camden and S. Bascom in San Jose has been my go-to for smog checks, brake jobs and engine service repairs on all four family cars for years. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent and their prices are fair. I highly recommend the S. Bascom Quality Car Center for all of your car maintenance and repairs. They are simply the best!

Came in to get a smog check, staff was courteous and quick to check me in. They gave me a wait of 30 minutes and I was in and out. Pricing was fair and comparable to other places. Thank you!

Received a call at 4:57 and was told they close at 5pm and I needed to rush there to pick up my car. How am I expected to arrive in 3 minutes. Teleporting isn't an option. Was not happy that I was lied to when I arrived mechanics were still working on vehicles. I allowed this Service Writer to unnecessarily stress me out. When I mentioned to the Service Writer that clearly they WEREN'T closing at 5, he arrogantly laughed at me and said I was a minute late from the statement I made that i wl could be there in 10 minutes. Will not be returning

I highly recommand this shop for their professionalism and commitment. The repairment complexity of the engine light issue on my old car greatly exceeded their expectation. They kept working on my car day by day until the issue is resolved. They did not raise the repair price despite excessive labor efforts.
