This is the second time I’ve had an oil change with Quality. They’re friendly and very professional. I show up without an appointment and both times I’ve been in and out in 45 minutes to an hour max. I watched the technician, and he was meticulous in wiping down any oil splashes on my frame, which is an inevitable during an oil change. All my fluids were topped off, including the wiper fluid, and I was very happy with the service I received from them. I highly recommend!

ZERO STARTS Very unprofessional! I there was a noice in my car so they charge me $100 for diagnosed and told me there’s nothing wrong with the car, I insist what about the noise the manager say that you can drive with the noice no problem or we can change a part later that will cost about $ 1500 for nothing if you don’t want the noice.. You can drive the car is nothing wrong with the car. Are you sure is ok I said. I paid . Next afternoon I drove in the freeway and ruin the transmission even though and after paying $100 for diagnostics and telling me there is nothing wrong. They do not know what they are doing very irresponsible. They are the worse. Too many people touching the car and one doesn’t communicate with each other and they do not know what they are doing. Unqualified DO NOT GO THERE POOR SERVICE!
