It’s been a few years since I have used the services here due to bad customer service . I’m local to the area and heard of the great job the manager and technicians were doing so I went back to check out the service. Sure enough everything checked out and customer service has been greatly improved. My vehicle was taken care of and I was very happy with the way the technicians work together. I feel the goal is to make the customer happy in business. The team at Quality in Milpitas has restored my faith in this local business. Little do they know I own too many vehicles and they will be my new friends.

THIS PLACE WAS VERY FREINDLY (QUALITY TUNE-UP BETWEEN SERRA N ABEL IN MILPITAS)TOOK MY HONDA ODYSSEY VAN FOR A SMOG APPOINTMENT THEIR WERE SOMEONE BEFORE ME AND THEY SAY IT WON’T TAKE THAT LONG BUT I ONLY HAVE TO WAIT AWHILE BEFORE THEY SMOG MY VAN. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. (20 MINS) THERE IS A FOSTER FREEZE ACROSS FROM THE QUALITY TUNE-UP MY DAUGHTER N I WAS HUNGRY SO WE ATE THERE N BEFORE WE WERE DONE EATING MY VAN WAS DONE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A SMOG CHECK! THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE N WHOEVER WORKED ON MY VAN!

Quality Car Care Center came through when we needed them! When the brakes on our Ford Flex went out on the 680, far from home and on a Saturday afternoon, we scrambled to figure out what to do. A random stranger recommended that we call Quality and we were able to get our vehicle in that afternoon and the brake line was fixed early enough on Monday to be able to drive it home. Gilbert was proactive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were completely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this shop.

Today my brother Jon dropped off a malfunctioning 2000 Mitsubishi Galant, hoping to receive some information/advice about the car. Quality Tune-Up called back promptly and I spoke with Joey, who was both friendly and helpful in explaining the needed car repairs. We decided to wait on the costly repairs, but believe we received both informative and honest cost of work estimation. Had my car serviced for an oil change, very quick and reliable service with great prices. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Very quick and reasonably priced. Did a walk in smog with a car and an oil change on another so nothing too complicated. Both times cars were handled perfectly. Will be returning for future maintenances.
