Today my brother Jon dropped off a malfunctioning 2000 Mitsubishi Galant, hoping to receive some information/advice about the car. Quality Tune-Up called back promptly and I spoke with Joey, who was both friendly and helpful in explaining the needed car repairs. We decided to wait on the costly repairs, but believe we received both informative and honest cost of work estimation. Very quick and reasonably priced. Did a walk in smog with a car and an oil change on another so nothing too complicated. Both times cars were handled perfectly. Will be returning for future maintenances.
