Came in for the first time here for an oil and filter change and brake services since my usual place was completley booked. Both Zack and Billy were excellent and took care of everything I needed, explained the cost of everything really well and gave discounts where they could. I really appreciated their customer service and how friendly they were. Will definitely be back here!

I've been coming here for years from Sunnyvale, not a long trek and there are closer places to me but I prefer to go to who I know will be fair, honest and treat you as good as anyone can. Zack has always been the what could be considered the antithesis of the dreaded repair shop owner that preys on the naive customer, he has always been engaging and pleasant, as have all that I've ever run into there. Prices are in line with others and in most cases, a bit more reasonable. I will continue to bring my trucks here for things as simple as a smog check, to whatever else. They will ask about routine things like air filters,oil changes etc.. but arent overly pressing like some other shops are. Overall a great neighborhood mechanic shop that's run by some real good folks.

My sister took hers to some random shop where the owner basically said she "failed" not once but twice! and to take the car to the dealership. I always come here to get the family cars smog checks so I told her let me take it to Quality. It passed, smh. Zack and Harpreet are always so nice, helpful and always do good work.
