Quality tune up has been our family mechanic for generations. Zach and his crew do an excellent job and are very fair in pricing. You can go next door to foster freeze and get a snack and sit in the waiting area and watch tv while waiting for your car. First time here and great experience. Came for an oil change and was not overcharged as you would expect everywhere else. Given a detail of what will be done during the service and which items are costing what. Also, the service was done in a timely manner as we were told and everything went smoothly. Really appreciate the service.

Had a smog check today for my older car ('99). Got there at opening and was 2nd in line at counter. Was quoted 45 minutes for completion, but was passed and out in around 35. The price was ~$100, but it's cheaper for newer cars. I chose to go with them because they're very close and they're STAR certified + do work for minor issues (as an aside, I've had some minor work done here for squeaky brakes, and was impressed with their professionalism/quick-work/prices). Professional/nice staff and a TV (usually turned to live sports) in the waiting area.

I have been going to Zack’s shop in Milpitas for almost 20 years and will continue to do so. The best place to take your car especially for oil change and smog checks.

Super friendly and courteous staff! Paid a bit more than I expected for my smog check, but they honored a coupon for me that had just ended since it was still listed on their website. They adjusted my tire pressure for me too. Definitely would come back if I need any other service!

Came in the morning for a smog check. They said it would be be 30 minutes so I walked to Starbucks for a coffee, came back, and it was waiting all ready for me! Quick and friendly service!

Was on my lunch break and only had 40 minutes left before having to go back to work. I called down to Quality tune up and the guy who answer told me to bring my car down and they can do an oil change for me. I rushed down there and they double teamed on my car and got my oil change done quick. Super Happy with the service. Thanks guys
