I was looking for a place to get the whole work up for my car and I happen to stumble on to this place last minute. The staff and Hapreet were very professional and very accomodating even it was almost closing time. They were very fast and quick working on my car and were extra attentive to questions I had. I've been to many car tune up place, this is by far one of the best. I would recommend this place to everyone. If you want honest people and great customer service , you won't regret going there. This is the place to be at.

Great service! Very Fast! Customer services is perfect! They don't try to up-sell, however they do point out what needs to be done giving you an option to come back or fix right then and there. Zack and Harpreet are great mechanics. Harpreet assisted me last time, it was last minute, shop was closing but he took his time to assist me. I just simply love the service and the major factor of them not trying to up-sell me.

The owner accommodated me even if it was a little late in the day. Not only finished an oil change but also fit in my smog test. They give great service and are very polite

The service here is great. I needed a last minute oil change before an impromptu trip and these guys not only fit me in less than an hour before closing but, also filled me in on work I ought to have done by reading my computer for me. I already knew what the codes were throwing and the fact that they told me what was needed and it matched what I already knew makes me confident in their reliability and honesty. Also, had a good time chatting with them while the car was getting finished up, so personable too! Good people and good business - glad to have found a place to take my car!

They were extremely quicker than any other place for my smog, while on a lunch break! I'll be back and I definitely recommend them! I was a walk up and didn't have any appointment!

I'm disappointed to be posting this review. A few months ago, I went to get a smog check. The old gentlemen explained that he could not get a reading, drive it for about 150 miles and come back. He charged me $50 but said he won't charge when I come back. Fast forward a few weeks ago I go back after doing what he said. They claim they ran it 4 times but could not get a reading. He said something is wrong with my car and to bring it to the dealer. So I went to the dealer, they said nope, we can't touch your car because it's exhaust related. You would think quality tune up would know that? Anyways, I'm stuck but decide to go to another smog place down the street. I explained my predicament and they were able to run and pass my car in 10 minutes - no issues. I then googled Quality Tune Up reviews and found almost identical situations to mine. This other smog place said they are either running a scan or don't have the right equipment or knowledge. Here is where I'm really disappointed. I've gone back to Quality Tune several times to speak with the owner, only to be told he's not there. I've gotten no call back or response. I'd like a 100% refund on the smog I ran with them. It would seem appropriate considering the runaround I've been given. I've also been a loyal Quality Tune Up customer for many years so you'd think this is a drop in the bucket for them. We live near this Quality Tune Up but have hesitated to go because we visit the one on Winchester that does a great job. But out of convenience, I decided to give them a shot last Saturday morning. I'm glad I did. The workers and manager are very friendly and knowledgeable. They made suggestions based on the card performance and stated certain things were not needed to save money. They were very quick and called me as soon as they were done. I would definitely go back and recommend others as well.
