We've been bringing our two 2001- ish truck and car for 18 years now at the #8 location.The owner is very friendly. Mike the manager always comes through for us when we need extra help. They have a very professional and freinly staff two...always willing to make there customers satisfied.

Came in for the Unusual... EGR cleaning and Intake Port Cleaning. Anyone with a 90s Honda should and needs to clean the Carbon build up!! Mike took care of me, totally cleaned all around the intake.. ( didn't have to ) but quality shows... it was not an easy job at all. You had to drill the old ports out tap new ones in... Now my 99 Prelude runs so smooth it's crazy the difference it makes!! Fair price! I understand the mechanics have a tough job. Thanks Quality Team!

Everyone who works here super chill. Came to do a smog test. Failed the first time it went through and Mike took me out to show me what was causing the fail. Took it back in did a quick fix and it passed. These guys are honest working people. I'll be back again for sure.

Mike and the gang there are very knowledgeable and friendly and get vehicles done efficiently in a reasonable amount of time. Another thing I really like is they don't try to upsell you on services you don't need , they're very honest. I love it there, I've been taking my cars there for years. Keep up the excellent work!

AMAZING! Marc and his team are so gracious and took my car right away last minute despite it being a busy Saturday. Not only is he professional and honored my time, but he is extremely trustworthy and honest. Courtesy, professionalism, and trustworthiness are qualities that I value highly in any business. I neglected to mention the most incredible part!! The next day, after our arrival in LA, we received a FOLLOW-UP CALL from Mike who wanted to make sure we got there okay. I would if I could... There are few things more daunting for me than taking my car to an auto mechanic, especially in an emergency situation. I recently found myself in that exact spot as I started a drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We got as far as San Jose and it became obvious that there was something wrong with the car. I was filled with dread. Horrible visions of renting a car, towing the car and DUMPING the car ran through my head. THANKFULLY we landed at QualityTune Up & Car Care Center, under the wing of MIKE. He ran a diagnostic check and determined that the problem was a sensor and a bad spark plug. This happened at mid-day and we clearly were not first in line so we had to wait. We went for a walk, had lunch, read a couple of People magazines and then were on the road again in a very reasonable length of time. Mike was friendly, honest, approachable and honest. He gave us options and a clear picture of what it would cost. I observed a steady stream of new and repeat customers coming and going and everyone seemed satisfied and pleased. I am SO thankful to Mike and his crew for helping us. It would have been very easy to take advantage of us but that did not happen. I recommend this repair shop whole heartedly and without any hesitation. Thanks again, Mike!
