They do quality work at a fair price are courteous friendly and prompt, it took time to help me through the process I even forgot to leave my key to the door and got locked out and one of the guys who work there was able to crawl through the window and get us back in very much appreciated

I'm updating my review to five stars. My wife had an excellent experience with her smog check. They were professional, courteous, helpful and timely. We recommend this place. They did a nice job. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the line moves really slowly to get your car checked in. Other than that, they were efficient, professional and thorough. I got my smog certificate here.

Been coming here for 10 plus years. Mikes always been honest. I love that him and his staff greet me by name. Feels like a family owned business and not some big corporation to rip you off and collect your money. Don't see anything that would scare someone away from this place. Sometimes it gets busy but I just drop my car and wait for the call. You should want where you take your car to be busy. Just goes to show a trustworthy mechanic.

It was my first time at the quality car care on 425 S. Winchester Blvd. and I have to say I prefer this place than any other place. Marc Osuna really helped me out and made me understand well about the maintenance that had to be done on my car. Great customer service! 👍🏼👍🏼

I had such a fantastic experience here at Quality and especially with the help of their service manager Marc Osuna! Marc was patient with how little I knew about car care and best of all he didn't try to sell me a whole lot of unnecessary repairs that I really didn't need. I have done my SMOG and oil changes. Great people with A+++ customer service. I finally found a location where they listen and not try to sell you on repairs. Very trust-worthy. I will make this my new location. Definitely recommend...
