Always excellent service when getting my Highlander’s smog check. Shop is clean, service top notch, and incredibly convenient. Marc, the service manager, is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also honored my loyalty by applying several discounts. It’s a fair price anyway, but I appreciated his going an extra mile.

Marc took excellent care of me and my car during our visit today. He was very quick and professional. When I called before I got off work to see if he could squeeze an oil change in he had me call him when I was on my way and even held a bay open for me. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Initially I used to take my car to the honda dealership for maintenance needs in my car but I decide to bring it here based on the Yelp reviews. Marc was very honest and went over every detail pertaining to my tune up that was needed. They quickly worked on my car as soon as I brought it in and it was done earlier then expected.

Was able to get a smog immediately as a walk in. About 30min and done. Good customer service.

Best car maintenance service! The staff here is so helpful, friendly, high-efficiency. Last time I did car maintenance at Toyota dealer, cost $250, and I waited for 4 hours. This time I just cost around 70 dollars at Quality Tune-up for absolutely same service and just waited 1.5 hours, plus, this store is near Santana Row, you could walk there to go shopping or take a lunch while your car is doing maintenance.

Where do I even begin with these guys? I recently bought a very well used 2000 Chevy Cavalier. It's needed a lot of cosmetic work and Marc and his team have been with me every step of the way. From researching a horn assembly for my little car to smogging it and even putting in my car mats for me, there hasn't been anything these guys haven't done for me. They even put my license plate holder on for me. And everything has been done cheerfully and at an extremely reasonable price. I'm sure as time goes by my little red car will need mechanical work as well and I'm just as sure there's no other place I'll take my car.

Honest, skilled, and detail-oriented work, with attentive customer service. I came here to get my rear drum brake shoes and rotors done. Marc was able to work through my vehicle on a deadline despite being busy and short staffed for the day. He showed me the removed parts afterward, confirming to me his work was authentic. I checked the work visually and with a thorough test drive after and the adjustments were on point. Thankful to have a trustworthy mechanic in the area.

Quality Tune Up & Car Center on South Winchester has been my 'go to' auto repair shop for more than decade. Mike (the owner) and Mark are exemplary master mechanics that always deliver exceptional customer service. They're personable, trustworthy, and in my honest opinion, they put dealership servicing to shame when it comes to customer satisfaction, price, quality, courteousness and on-time repair!
