Fast, Friendly, Attention to detail! After failing my smog test at a normal smog testing place, I brought my car here in hopes of fixing the unknown issue before my car registration was due. Quality Tune Up was able to find the issue along with some other things that needed some maintenance and fixed everything all within 1 day! When picking up my car they also offered to Re-Check for my smog test before going back to the original place so that they are sure I will pass. I will definitely Only be going here for any Car servicing.

Just had my car serviced with Marc and he did a great job on my car and walking me through what parts of my car needed maintenance! Compared to other car centers that seem to want to make as much money as possible during your car servicing, Marc was the opposite and was honest with which parts needed maintenance and which parts needed maintenance eventually but not necessarily at the moment. Also, I came in as a walk-in and he was able to service my car right away, which was very helpful for my schedule. Thanks Marc!

Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotations. I was immediately greeted and helped. I was informed that my car needed an air filter change as well...did some research and indeed I did need an air filter change (I thought I was getting upsold). Ended up paying for the oil and air filter change with a complementary tire rotation and first time visitor discount.

Best auto shop in town ! Tech Joey is amazing very helpful and knows his stuff and great customer service ! Manager Mike also very friendly and great customer service!! No games here they tell you how it is and do their best to get it fix !! A+ shop ! Highly recommend this shop !!

After reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give this place a try as my car was in need of an oil change and also a quick check up. When I called in, Marc was able to accommodate me right away to do these service same day as soon as I got off from work. Being in that I work in the retail environment I was blown away by how friendly the staff is and quality of work they put into things. Within an hour my car was up to date with it's oil, was checked through it's components, and found my air filter was in pretty bad shape and in need of replacement. The pricing on these services was definitely better than most places I had called in earlier to get estimates. Overall, I would highly recommend this business for any tune-up needs and will definitely be coming back for future maintenances!

“Marc is the man!”

After my last unsatisfactory visit to a chain Oil Change operation I searched Yelp reviews and came upon this business. After reading many positive reviews I decided to call. Marc pleasantly answered the phone, all of my questions and then some... all useful information. I told him I wanted to come over in the next 5 minutes and he said "bring it over!" I arrived less than 10 minutes later and was greeted by Marc right away. Marc and Joe took our vehicle, explained everything they were doing and never once did I feel pressured into any extra services. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I chose full synthetic and he offered a coupon. This shop will definitely be our go to for now on. Thank you Marc and Joe for you fast, efficient and friendly service!

I have never experienced this level of customer service at any automotive shop / this was an emergency brakes situation and Marc was kind and informative and understood my situation (I'm a single mom) and was able make me feel that I wasn't being taken advantage of / I felt he had my best interests (financially) - they worked fast my car feels solid / I will call them first for any and every situation my car needs - even if just to get a second opinion.
