Where do I even begin with these guys? I recently bought a very well used 2000 Chevy Cavalier. It's needed a lot of cosmetic work and Marc and his team have been with me every step of the way. From researching a horn assembly for my little car to smogging it and even putting in my car mats for me, there hasn't been anything these guys haven't done for me. They even put my license plate holder on for me. And everything has been done cheerfully and at an extremely reasonable price. I'm sure as time goes by my little red car will need mechanical work as well and I'm just as sure there's no other place I'll take my car.

Honest, skilled, and detail-oriented work, with attentive customer service. I came here to get my rear drum brake shoes and rotors done. Marc was able to work through my vehicle on a deadline despite being busy and short staffed for the day. He showed me the removed parts afterward, confirming to me his work was authentic. I checked the work visually and with a thorough test drive after and the adjustments were on point. Thankful to have a trustworthy mechanic in the area.

Mike (the owner) and Mark are exemplary master mechanics that always deliver exceptional customer service. They're personable, trustworthy, and in my honest opinion, they put dealership servicing to shame when it comes to customer satisfaction, price, quality, courteousness and on-time repair!

look at this review!!!!! I am an electrician from Concord working in Santa Clara. Last week my girlfriends mini cooper had a"check engine" light pop up on dash while i was on my way to work . I was in a terrible position because car manual said, "Take to dealership immediately " . This can only mean $$$ I called Marc at Quality Car Center and he said to bring car by after work. I left his shop and everything was fixed and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Writing reviews isn't something I do a lot of but I cannot praise these guys enough. I brought a used car here for a pre-purchase full inspection and the team did a great job of completing the inspection thoroughly, quickly, and they went the extra mile to explain everything they found in great detail to me. They even raised the car back up on the car lift so that I could see underneath at what they had seen during the inspection. I ended up buying it, and will be bringing it back here for any services it needs!!

They are incredible. Professional, efficient, and exceeded expectations in everyway. Tldr; good price, changed brakes done in 2 hours, no appointment, straight forward, very nice people. We had no clue what's wrong with our car but it had been making really bad sounds for weeks and finally it was became worse to drive. We just decided to stop to get gas and thought we could try our luck here. Within the a couple of minutes they managed to identify the specs of the car and diagnosed it without much information from us and figured everything out and ordered parts and were told to pick it up a couple hours later. Now the car is like new! We called them a couple of times being confused and worried, yet they were patient and kind. They also checked the car thoroughly and gave us advice. The price was reasonable and we were very happy. If there's any problem with our car again we would be back here!! Thank you!!

Marc helped me out with my vehicle's oil change. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and saved me some money with their company coupon via Yelp check-in or on their website. You don't need a physical copy. I'd recommend them if you're in the area.

I went into this place (with no appointment) at about 1 pm for an urgent Star certified smog check. No kidding, they tested my car, (it passed), I paid, they gave me my documentation, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. They had a coupon for $39.95 for a smog inspection on their website, which I (of course) used. Great, deal, great service, much appreciated!
