Several times I've taken the car around 9am in which they say it'll take 1-2 hrs to do an oil change... then I would get a call around 5pm saying it is ready. This also just happened to my nephew today. They do not even give a courtesy call as to why the wait time has been extended. Seems to me they (discriminate) give priority to certain people. In one occurrence I waited in the lobby (for about 3 hrs!) and the (Caucasian) woman's vehicle was completed before mine and I checked in before her. We both were there for an oil change and waiting in the lobby... "Quality" Tune Up does not even deserve 1 star!

Came in for a second opinion after being told that our car urgently needed new front brakes. Talked to Alex and got to see for ourselves that the front brakes were totally fine (he said 90% condition) and to come back in a few months to take another look at the wear on one of the rear brakes. Saved about $1000 compared to the first place, definitely will be back for future car needs. Fast service and Great to talk to an honest person !
