TL;dr: bring your own parts if you don't want to get charged 2X the RETAIL PRICE Good and prompt service but after checking the prices I realized that the guy charged 2X the RETAIL PRICE for all the parts. I was so overwhelmed by the prices that I did not check individual prices. For instance he charged me 125 for brake pads which go for 60 RETAIL without any discount. Another example is spark plugs, they are 20 a piece, needed 4 so 80 RETAIL but he charged me 156. leaned a valuable lesson, never trust anyone. Quite disappointed. Also labor is also expensive compared to other shops. The response from the shop is BS. Felt scammed, never visiting this place again
Mayuresh, weâre sorry to hear you left feeling disappointed. Thatâs never our goal. We understand that parts pricing can sometimes appear different when compared to online or retail pricing. The parts we install are sourced through professional suppliers, meet specific quality standards, and include warranty coverage. Retail pricing you may see online typically does not include supplier warranties, shop handling, or the support that comes with parts installed and backed by a licensed repair facility. We also stand behind our work with a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty, which covers both parts and labor related to the repair. That protection is part of the value we provide. As for labor, our pricing reflects certified technicians, proper equipment, and the time required to perform the job correctly and safely. We focus on quality and long-term reliability, not just the lowest upfront number. That said, we never want a customer to feel surprised or overwhelmed. If you would like to review your invoice together, we would be happy to go over each line item with you and answer any questions. The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
