Blue, we’re sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty getting in. That’s certainly not our intention. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not take appointments. Because of the high volume of vehicles we service each month, there are times later in the day when we are fully booked and unable to start additional work. When that happens, we recommend either dropping the vehicle off first thing in the morning or calling ahead to check availability. Our goal is always to give every vehicle the proper time and attention it deserves, rather than rush work just to fit it in.
