The parts we install are sourced through professional suppliers, meet specific quality standards, and include warranty coverage. Retail pricing you may see online typically does not include supplier warranties, shop handling, or the support that comes with parts installed and backed by a licensed repair facility. We also stand behind our work with a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty, which covers both parts and labor related to the repair. That protection is part of the value we provide. As for labor, our pricing reflects certified technicians, proper equipment, and the time required to perform the job correctly and safely. We focus on quality and long-term reliability, not just the lowest upfront number. That said, we never want a customer to feel surprised or overwhelmed.
