I've been a customer for >5 years. Initially it was good pricing for oil change. At a certain point I stopped negotiating and just accept what they quote me. However the negative experiences build up over time. They broke my drawer when changing air filter and offered no compensation. They quoted me $2500+ for replacing the brake rotors for front axles. The brake starts shaking within 3 month after the job. They said it's unrelated to the brake and asked to change the control arm bushing for another $2500+. I didn't do it. And later it turns out, I can do diagnosis and fix under $700 in another shop 5 minutes away. And the solution that worked, is to replace the brake rotors they installed.
Mark, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns like yours seriously, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review the details directly. Please contact Harpreet at 408-262-3211 so we can look into your experience and try to make this right. Regarding pricing, oil change and parts costs have increased industry wide, and we adjust our pricing only when necessary to keep up with rising supplier costs. We also want to understand what happened with your air filter drawer and the brake concerns you mentioned. All of our parts, including brake rotors, carry a 1 year or 12,000-mile warranty, so if there had been an issue with the rotors we installed, we would have addressed it at no cost to you. Your long-term loyalty means a lot to us, and we hope you will reach out so we can look into this situation fully and earn back your confidence. Thanks, The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
