They seem like nice guys but over promised and under delivered. I brought this car in because I had a p0420 code after having my exhaust system changed. I wanted them to check for leaks, the oxygen sensor output and the efficiency of the catalytic converter. They told me they would do that and to come back in two hours. I came back in two hours and they told me I needed a new cat. When I asked them how they knew that, they said because they scanned it and I had a p0420 code. I already knew that. They didn't do any of the diagnostics they said they would do and when I asked them why, they said it takes more than two hours. That's not what they told me when I dropped off my car. They wasted two hours of my day.

My 2017 Cadillac had a engine check light, the temperature gauge didn't move and my air conditioner wasn't working. I took my car to Quality tune up. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Cadillac and worked on it all morning. He solved the problem And I had my car back by 1:00. It works perfectly now.

I had to get my car towed for a then-unknown issue. I called ahead to make sure they were available to check it out, and Marc greeted me with a friendly, "You made it!" when I arrived. Very efficient service with reasonable pricing. I receive a reminder in the mail along with a discount coupon when my vehicle is expected to be due for an oil change. It is appreciated. No appointment needed and the wait is less than other places I have used. i.e. mainly WheelWorks.
