Dont give your car them for smoke check. They said me 2 hours for easy smoke check i said okay and went to eat something. When i came after two hour they said me again come after one hour. That is terrible 😢 i want my 🔑 and left there

We have been 4 times on Bascom location 1st time the car came out more broken. We thought this was just a coincidence- It can happen and let it repair ($$$$) somewhere else because my son lived not around here and almost k… the car by driving home. Last week was the second time and after in my opinion a much too expensive brake exchange and a SERVICE. Two other parts in the car were broken. 3rd time: They did NOT find an entire day long why the car was overheating- my other son found out after piking up. 4th time after my son said what was wrong: Unfriendly response and they denied everything, the repair would be an additional 600 dollars. We took the car and drove slowly away even they offered us to reduced the repair cost to 350 dollars. We don’t trust them to do anything else on this car anymore. Either they have no knowledge about German cars and damaging accidentally other parts or they do it on purpose. Both do NOT show quality and professionalism. Fazit: high chance to pay much more than expected… with unfriendly staff - no thanks

My experience with the mckee road shop has been great. They replaced an old engine with a new/used engine for me that I provided. With these type of big jobs you have hiccups and setbacks but all in all I'm impressed on how they handled it and their professionalism. I have been back for more work on an ac system and look forward to them servicing my fleet. I would not hesitate to trust them with automotive work on your car and their team. I believe them to be honest and understand they want to provide good professional work. Thanks Quality Tune-up!!
