The desk representative Mike was awesome. It was a very busy day when I arrived. Mike said it would be a couple of hours before they could start service. Mike said he would place me in line allowing me to go and do other chores and he would call me when the car was needed for the Smog test. I appreciated this greatly because it allowed me to be productive rather than unproductive for several hours. I have always had great service at my local Quality Care station but this latest act kicked it up several notches in my book. It makes me want to let others know of the great service being provided.
