Highly impressive! This Quality Care Center has been here for many years, but you can see that the owner still takes pride! Every single one of the staff I engaged with was happy and courteous, and very helpful! Especially Debra and Mike! I had showed up a little bit later than anticipated one day due to traffic to get a smog check done, and the crew managed to get me in and to make me feel like I wasn't being a pain or inconvenience in anyway. They were very professional and the job was done expeditiously. I couldn't have had a better experience honestly. Even while I waited, they had hot coffee and hot chocolate in the waiting room that was warm on a very cold day. The bathroom was immaculate, which is super rare! My hats off to this location for the owners and staff understanding what it takes to run a business where people will feel loyal and come back time and time again! Job well done!
