5 Stars !!! Excellent customer service, I was greeted early Sunday morning, checked in for a smog check. Went for coffee and my car was smog checked under 40 minutes. I have referred friends and family to this business and all have been totally satisfied.

I had a great experience servicing my Lexus RX-450h at Quality Car Care Center #7 yesterday. Louis was the mechanic who helped me, and he was friendly, honest, and very professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain the condition of my brakes and gave clear, helpful advice on replacing the brake pads and rotors. What I really appreciated was that he worked out a very fair deal for replacing all four brake pads and rotors, along with an oil change and tire rotation. No pressure, no upsellingjust straightforward, quality service. I left feeling confident about the work done and the price I paid. Highly recommend this place, and especially Louis, if youre looking for trustworthy car service.

I live nearby & decided to stop by to see if I could get an oil change. Mark was super friendly and attentive. I came mainly for the oil change but he made suggestions of other maintenances I needed to get done soon which I knew about but didn't try to pressure me into doing it right away. Instead he encouraged me to get it done soon rather than later whether it was there or at another shop. I appreciate his honesty and service provided. I may come back soon to get those suggestions handled!

No nonsense auto shop where I can get my oil change and basic maintenance done. Mike, Mark, and team are so professional and courteous, also efficient so I already know this will be the easiest errand I get to run. Plus location is wonderful because you get to walk to Santana Row for coffee, lunch, etc while you wait. I've been coming here for a few years now and can trust that I'll get the best quality and care.
