Brought my car in for an oil change. First time here. I had called to inquire if an appointment was needed, and I was told no appointment necessary. Car was brought in at noon. I was told that it would be finished by 4pm as they were busy. I never received ban update or call regarding my cars status. I called at 5pm to inquire, I was told it was being done right then. I was also told that I would get a call when it was finished. I never got a call. I showed up at 5 min til closing to pick up my car. I asked why I wasn't notified , and the guy working the front gave me some excuses as they were preoccupied with an order coming in the next day. I don't believe I received good customer service and I don't feel like a valued customer. I will not be returning as customer I will use another company next time based on this experience.
