Took my car to this shop for oil change. Month and half later, when I checked my dipstick, it was showing twice above the line (overfilled), so I decided to return it. I spoke to Marc; he double checked the dip stick confirmed it was overfilled. Then they proceed to drain the oil to measure it and found 8 quarts of oil. Turns out the tech who did the oil change did not drain the old oil and just added new oil (double filled). The tech also did not change the oil filter because the old oil filter from Toyota was still attached on the car. My car ran for 1 and half month with 8 quarts of oil and probably messed up the engine.
Anjo, We apologize for this mistake. We are human and sometimes make an error. The difference is we are willing to step up and take care of your engine if there is a problem. Most cases, this will not cause a major problem like running without enough oil can. Being over lubricated is a lot better than having no lubrication in your motor. Love this place. Just got both air filters replaced in my Subaru Crosstrek for a fraction of what the dealership was trying to change. And my truck will be over there in a few hours to get it's oil changed. Love this place and absolutely love that they uploaded to 🥰Carfax 🥰
