Called in to see if I need an appointment for an oil change and was told I didn’t and to just bring my car in. Less than 10 minutes later I arrive and the same guy tells me they can’t do any more oil changes for the day. Thanks for wasting my time you jackass.
Jon, We apologize for any miscommunication and for your time. While you asked if you needed an appointment for an oil change, there was no reference that you were coming in right away. We do work on a first in, first out basis for oil change services. We usually have all the oil changes we can handle for the day by 3-4pm in the afternoon.
