The warranty for brakes change labor is only three months when you're bringing your own brand new parts. Otherwise would give five stars. Mechanics changed brake pads and rotors fast, all four within 2-3hrs. Did not wait in the line on Friday morning. There's a Starbucks walking distance if you're looking for place to wait. After they changed brakes, they tested them first and only after that returned the car. In overall satisfied with the experience.
Vasilii, Our labor warranty for installing your supplied parts is very good since it doesn't matter what quality of parts that you are having us install. If there is a problem due to incorrect installation, you would see that almost immediately, definitely within three months. Unfortunately, we are human and we do make mistakes. In our over 47 years of experience, we have seen that most failures are from parts after the first two weeks from the date of repair. Thank you for sharing your experience. Very unprofessional. They took 8 days and finally gave me a car which was not working. For that unfinished work, they charged me $1200. When I went to AAA later, within a day they mentioned it was an electrical issue which needs to be taken to the electrical specialist car repair work shop and didn’t charged me a dime. Also they mentioned the fuse box was replaced with old box that was getting heated up quickly. Quality tuneup charged me for the new box cost. If these guys were professional, they wouldn’t have held my car for 8 days, as they were aware that they didn’t had electrical specialists in their workshop. I lost both time and money, for which I would not recommend anyone to get any electrically damaged repairs in this workshop. Never want to go to this workshop as I feel Iam cheated.

I had a good experience getting my car fixed up here. Marc and his team work diligently and efficiently. Everyone here knows what they're doing here and they make sure to provide the best possible service. Also pricing is pretty fair. I dropped off my car early afternoon, along with many others and everyone finished servicing all before closing. I was able to pick up and drop off my car with ease. Come here for your next tune up.

Took my car there for A/C is not cold. I was told there is a leak in the system, and was charged $89 for it. They can't tell me where is the leak, and I have to bring the car back in 1 week when they have personnel available. I will be charged again for $189 to find the leak, plus $189/hr to fix the leak if found. Took the car to my auto mechanic and the fault is a defective temperature sensor. No leak was found and the A/C is really cold after that was replaced. Is the person working there incompetent or dishonest or both? This is my second time going there and I will not go there again with my car repair.
Wil, We did find a leak when we ran a vacuum test on your system. We have performed numerous A/C services since your visit and found that most vehicles did not have any leaks detected during the vacuum test of our A/C Performance Check.
