Honest, skilled, and detail-oriented work, with attentive customer service. I came here to get my rear drum brake shoes and rotors done. Marc was able to work through my vehicle on a deadline despite being busy and short staffed for the day. He showed me the removed parts afterward, confirming to me his work was authentic. I checked the work visually and with a thorough test drive after and the adjustments were on point. Thankful to have a trustworthy mechanic in the area.

My sister took hers to some random shop where the owner basically said she "failed" not once but twice! and to take the car to the dealership. I always come here to get the family cars smog checks so I told her let me take it to Quality. It passed, smh. Zack and Harpreet are always so nice, helpful and always do good work. Mike (the owner) and Mark are exemplary master mechanics that always deliver exceptional customer service. Marc is cool

Super friendly staff and super fast oil change. Walked in 30 mins before closing and they still helped. Mike is super friendly and hooked me up with everything for the car, checking lights and tire air, etc. A life saver for me tbh. Will recommend 10/10!!!

This is probably the best automotive repair shop I've dealt with in my 56 years of living. No shit! Read on! I was stuck in San Jose in an exotic car with a check engine light on and had no where else to go . I live in Concord and had a 2 1/2 hour commute to drive so I called this place randomly and it was a blessing!!!!! Honest + Trustworthy + Knowledgeable staff = A-1 Service and affordable price . I will take a the next car I buy to them before I buy it cause these dudes know it all and seem to care about there customers. I've only done a couple reviews in my life. One real good , one real bad . I'm too busy for this but decided they deserve to be recognized as a superior business
