I went to Quality Tune Up to get an oil change. It was 8:05 on Saturday morning and there was already a line out the door. The staff was professional and organized and got the line moving very quickly. I could tell by how busy they were that my car would not be done in 30 min so I said I would come back to get the car later. Some people would complain that it took 2 hours, but if you watched the staff you would see they were incredibly busy and hard working. I’ve been to other places where I watched mechanics chatting instead of working and cashiers ignoring customers. Quality Tune Up is not like that. Every time I go there they are awesome. They deserve more than 5 stars.
