If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience of my life and these guys are not professional at all. I went in about 20 days ago for a coolant leak and they told me they could fix it and charged me almost $1500. Today, I realized my car was still leaking (and had been leaking for sometime) and it was the same exact problem. I brought my car in again because they advertise their "guaranteed work," but they refused to fix it and blamed it on a different problem. They wanted to charge me $1200 more. I should add that they initially charged me almost $200 for a "diagnostic" where they were supposed to check the problem, but during my second visit were very adamant that it was now miraculously something else. It made me start to think that they never fixed anything in the first place. During my first visit, the workers were extremely nice and helpful, but during my second visit when I questioned their work, their attitudes were the complete opposite. I felt disrespected and it honestly felt that because I am a woman, they wanted to take advantage and just get money.
Danai, We are disappointed to see this review. Especially the part about trying to take advantage because you are a woman. We have a long track record of treating all of our customers equally with respect. A lot of our reviews are submitted by women and comment how we explain everything and treat them with respect. Gender has nothing to do with how someone is treated in our facility. We practice the "do unto others" philosophy. Sometimes fixing one problem brings another problem to light. Honest, repairs are made, back on the road with no problems, that's what I look for. Probably had over 40 visits with my 4-5 cars over 16 years or so.
