UPDATE** They turned my oil change light off this time :) thanks guys! Zach is really nice. I've been here twice for an oil change and he is always in a good mood. Don't know what the comment about them ripping people off for an oil change but I've paid $90-$110 for an oil change with synthetic oil... Here it's only ~$70. Anthony- I would have given 5 stars but they don't know how to reset my oil change light so I end up having to drive with my car notifying me by a loud beep every time I start my car. I was getting tired of getting gouged at the dealerships on repairs with inflated labor costs and unnecessary recommendations, so I did some Yelp research and found Quality Tune Up which was pretty close to where I live. I've driven by it many times and eaten at Foster's Freeze next door, so I knew exactly where it was located. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and didn't need an appointment. There was a couple ahead of me in at the counter, but I only waited a few minutes. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and easy going. Because of the storm the other night, the phone lines had been knocked out so he apologized that the electronic credit card reader was out of service but they could still do it the old-fashioned way with carbon copies. I told him some of the recommendations from the dealership and asked for a quote. It ended up being about $250 less! He said it would take about 1-2 hours at the most and he would give me a call when it's ready. There is a waiting area with WiFi but of course it wasn't working because of the phone service down. I killed time at Big Lots and Starbucks, which are both within a few blocks. I got a call in less than 90 minutes to pick up the car. The owner Zack helped me check out--he is a super nice, genuine guy and took the time to show me the old spark plugs that were replaced and made the whole experience a quick and painless one--not just in the wallet! I would definitely go back and recommend going to Quality!

They always take good car of my vehicles. I bring them for all sorts of different services and I always feel like they did a great job and for a reasonable price. Sukhi (the shop owner) is a real gentleman. His team is very professional and good at what they do. I absolutely recommend this place and I will keep on bringing my cars to have them serviced by Sukhi and his team.

Came in onmy way home from work... had an oil change that needed some attention. Harpreet was super helpful and let me know that it would be done in under 30 minutes! I was so happy they were able to squeeze me in when they had less than an hour left to close and did such a great job. Great service and work -- I'll def be stopping by more often!

I called this afternoon inquiring about getting a smog check and was told they'd take care of me and to come on over. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Harpreet who helped me get everything set up and my car was immediately seen. While I was there I also had my air filters and oil changed! The entire process was easy and quick and their customer service is great! I will definitely be coming back!

I've been taking my car here for about three years after reading a Yelp review. My experience is that Quality offers very good pricing on standard services like oil changes. They also do bigger projects less expensively. For example, I had a timing belt done with the water pump and power steering pump replaced for far less than any other shop offered just for the water pump and timing belt. So that made me quite happy :)) The waiting room is nothing fancy but it is clean and they'll give you water if you wait. Usually I just drop my car off for an oil change and then walk a few blocks down to a favorite restaurant for lunch, because they do need time -- as there maybe other customers ahead of you. This is not Jiffy Lube where you drive through. Nor is the shop itself one of those places that you could eat dinner off the floor. It's just two bays with hoists. The location is, for me, convenient, and the staff are friendly and polite. So usually it's quite pleasant, as far as taking your car in for service can be. I like dealing with Sukhi best because he is really on top of his game and a genuinely nice guy. On the downside I have to say that not all of the techs know everything that needs to be known and on several occasions I've had to return in order on another to get an estimate on major work. Also, I was really frustrated after 50,000 miles and repeatedly asking, "what about my brakes, what about my brakes?". One of the techs told me my brakes were fine and even showed me my car's brake pads, but in reality they weren't - and believe me you know driving Highway 17 - so I just got the work done at a different shop where the mechanics understand that a car's rotors have a role in braking. I'm not sure what the point of having free brake inspection with some services is if you're not 100% clear on what you are doing. So obviously, room for improvement, but considering my experiences have been over the years with other mechanics, I still say thumbs up.

I have to say this quality tune-up has to be the one of the best place I got a tuned up oil change brakes fixed. Gilbert and Mike did such an excellent job they told me everything I need it on my car they didn't rip me off like other places have I recommend them 100%
