I go here for every oil change and SMOG check I get! I never experience the bad service previous posters have written about this shop. I go in, they take my car within the hour I'm there And do what I paid them to. My mechanic, Paul, was very nice and sincere as he explained what I needed for my car and what I may need to consider maintaining better as time goes on. He made solid recommendations and even made sure my maintenance light was off when I realized it came on! It was a great experience and I will continue my business here! I think it takes the right attitude of both the customer and associate to make it a pleasant experience! Thank you, Paul!

Excellent fast friendly service. The gentleman here always has a smile on his face and a helpful positive attitude. This is the only mechanic I have been to where I can TRUST them and feel they are honest with what needs to be done in my car. I have been here for an oil change and tire rotation. Definetely take you car here!!!!!!

+1 great customer service. All the guys were really nice and I put my complete trust in them +1 I got a synthetic oil change & smog in less than 2 hours +1 decent prices. oil change $60. Smog check $50 +1 convenient. no appointment needed and they electronically sent my smog check papers to the DMV +1 im not knowledgeable about cars and they didn't make me feel dumb or taken advantage of HIGHLY recommended!!! Thanks guys!!

You know you have a great auto shop when the owner actually turns away a customer because he can tell they have recently had an oil change. I was there with my daughter the other day, she was enjoying a cookie that Mark brought out for her, and a man came in saying his wife had handled service for their car the last few times and he wasn't sure what had been done. Mark went and checked his car and came back and told him he wouldn't need another oil change for about 2 months. Now, that's an honest man! It made me feel even more confident in the trust that I have for the service I have done there and the recommendations made by Mark and his team!

I am extremely happy with the work that has been done on my car and the service that I have received in the two years that I have been taking my cars here. I have a background working in the car industry, and even though Mark and his guys didn't know that when I first walked in, they have always recommended the best service for my car and have never tried to sell me something I don't need. All of the employees (and even the other customers) are incredibly friendly. I bring my toddler with me and they always talk to her and play around with her and always seem happy to see her. I would recommend Mark and his shop to anyone and everyone!

Our car broke down an hour from home and was towed to this Quality Tune-up where we met Michael. He was professional, yet friendly. Half my family could not go in the tow truck and were stuck out by the initial break down. He arranged for another customer to take me to my family and bring them back to the station. Then he ran diagnostics on the car and determined that I needed a new transmission. We were not charged for anything saying " you will be paying enough for that new transmission". We were stuck far from home and could have been taken advantage of very easily. They were honest and more than helpful. Michael made a challenging situation much easier. Being around the shop for a while, I was able to see Michael interact with many customers and talk with them. They all had good things to say about the shop. Another impressive part of the story occurred during a slow period with his staff. They were all taking a break, standing around when Michael started emptying all the trash cans around the place. His staff jumped in around the 3rd can and helped clean up without him asking. Thanks Michael.

I came in with a coupon for Lube-Oil-Filter. My car was promptly attended to and the job was completed in 20 minutes. As a person who does not know a lot about cars, I always find it very intimidating to get any work done on my car and feel like I'm being told that I need to have more work done to my car even when I don't know what it is. I didn't feel this way at all at Quality Tune-Up. My experience was very pleasant. Mark has a warm personality and explained to me thoroughly what was being done on my car. He also recommended for me to go to Costco to get my car battery because it will save me money. He not only honored my coupon, but gave me an educator discount on top of that. I felt very welcomed and comfortable and will be coming back.

Great job! Got the wife's LR3 (2007) smog checked in 1/2 hour. Went to buy a gift card in Niles downtown and by the time we went back with our three sick kids the Rover was done. Thanks Ryan and Mark!

I'm new to the area and my car started making noises as I was dropping my kids off at school. I just managed to get it to this garage and I'm so glad I did. They were fantastic! They diagnosed the problem quickly and had my car back to me with new brakes, stabilizers and air filter in time for afternoon errands. All this and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back.
