I want to thank Mike and AJ for the excellent customer service I received in replacing my AC compressor. The AC went bad on my car. Paid for the leak down test and quality tuneup diagnosed it as a bad AC compressor. I was a little shocked by the $1000 price tag so I bought the AC compressor myself at O’Reillys and tried to have a cheaper licensed mechanic do the job. I think we are all broke, but idea was a fail. The ac compressor ended up being defective. The job needed to be done again. I talked to Mike and he agreed to replace the defective AC compressor through O’Reillys and charge me the labor to reinstall it. He did not charge me again for the leak down test to confirm that it was a bad AC compressor, and he also gave me a free follow up leak down test a week later. AJ had push back from O’Reillys to replace a defective part, but he got the job done as well. My wife drives the car once a week to Oakland to provide hospice care to her dad. She drives with my daughter in the car. Your guys’s car repair was of significant importance. I sincerely appreciate you guys. Thank you.

Mike and his team are extremely nice and honest people. I have been taking my cats there for at least 5 yrs, I tell everyone of my family members to take their cars to him also . This last time I went in Mike told me there would be a $250 fee to find out why my car wouldn’t pass smog, it is a 87 Pontiac Firebird that is stored most of the time. He called me back the next day and gave me good news, the car decided to smog without him having to diagnose it and my bill was not even $200 . Thank you!!
