This place is amazing. Loved the customer service! I would recommend this place to all my friends. A little pricey but worth the money 100% quality care and great service what more can u ask for!!! Doesn't add things to the car, recommends what would be best for you. And will refer you out if needed. Check it out!!! You won't regret it.

Honest and expensive

Came in for an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter. Labor was $30 for my Mini. Service was fantastic and they did not take long at all.

Mark was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Price was very fair. Extremely trustworthy. We have found our shop!

Both Mark and Victor are great people to work with, and can be trusted to do an outstanding job. I highly recommend bringing your car in here.

I've used them for years but my recent experience was not very good. I had a service and break job. The break job ended up being 40% (200.00) more then the written quoted price with no real reason provided. The reason for this review was the almost empty power steering fluid and the 1 foot wide puddle of oil that was on my driveway when I went out the next day. The drain plug was not tightened, (finger loose) total this together and no matter how much you like the shop this really is not acceptable. I've been coming to Quality Tune-Up Shops in Fremont for several years for SMOG and minor repairs (break jobs, tune-ups, etc). They have always been very fast and professional I like that the all the mechanics will says hello especially to my 4 year son. The pricing is in line with anything I have been able to fine anywhere else.

If you are looking for a place to get your oil change, smog checked, brake, tune up, battery etc. look no further. We've been coming here for a few years now and we always get top notch, genuine service! Mark, Victor and the guys are extremely friendly and what I appreciate the most is their service and honesty. They don't try to up sell you or rip you off and their prices are fairly priced. I was having some concerns on my other car and Victor suggested I bring it in so they can just take a look at it to ease my worries. They were able to look at it and sure enough there was something wrong with one of my tires. Mark, Victor, Israel and the rest of the guys are awesome! Happy to have a place that is honest and fair!
