So I had to get an oil change and tranny flush badly. I have been going to hutches lube service for a while(free wash with service) but I wanted a closer location. 2007 Nissan maxima Full synthetic CT transmission I got quotes from several places. Big O tires - $454.00 Goodyear tires - $350.00 10 minute oil change 59.00 (oil change only) Quality tune ups - 290.00 When you first come up to the place, it's basically a gas station converted into a shop. There is an old Asian man servicing and a very nice soft spoken gentleman at the front. He was very nice and told him I was working in a few hours. He took me in right away.(mind this is at 815am on a thurs) I knew the oil was badly low and came back and recommended the oil flush. 30.00 more. When it was all said and done, I got an additional cabin air filter all for 329.00. I left satisfied and felt they were an honest place.

Went here for an oil change with a new to me car a bought. Mark was great it did a once over for me. I went back a month later since he offered me a great deal on tires and I continue to go back for my oil changes.

Mark and his team are helpful and honest. When my Honda Civic blew a gasket a couple weeks ago I was hesitant where to take my car in for the repair. I received mixed opinions on what to do. My soon to be father in law Reverend Barry Click recommended Quality. With such an expensive repair I was nervous about the entire process. Mark and his team have been very knowledgeable so far. They know cars. He's applying the diagnostic cost towards the entire repair cost and the price is reasonable. He's also providing a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I feel confident they will perform quality work and I'm looking forward to bringing my car in for future work.

These guys have never done me wrong! Prices are comparable to other good shops. It's just hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days and let me tell you these guys are extremely trustworthy. 100% recommend them

I'm sitting here in the office at Quality tune up and having a wonderful and insightful conversation with Mark the owner. I brought my 2010 Insight in for a simple oil change and discovered I was in more dire need than I thought. Now most people would assume this is a case of a mechanic trying to take advantage of a poor ill informed customer on order to milk a few dollars out of them. This couldn't be further from the truth. Mark brought in both my air filter and cabin filter to show the necessity of this replacement. Furthermore in the fashion of the old school tune up shops he was at my door before I exited my vehicle and told me I would be served immediately. I couldn't be more pleased with the service at Quality Tune Up. I will most definitely be returning.

They get a 5 star for blasting trance music. And of course great customer service and professional work.

Just a couple of Texans new to the area. It's nice to see that southern hospitality extends here! If you want genuine and personal customer services, honest advice, and people not trying to upsell you on things you don't need, come here! I'll definitely be back for future services!

We needed a new place we could take both our jaguar and dodge too that was both honest and open on the weekends. We knew both cars needed to have brakes and tires checked and Mark and team were awesome and really friendly. He made sure to address all or our concerns and explain the reason behind the problems. We will definitely be brining both vehicles back here!

Went in this morning for an oil change and was in and out in about 20 mins. Mike didn't try to upsell me on oil or any other services. Mentioned that flushing out the oil system is good for the car but when I said I didn't want to do it, there was no push from him. He was also very friendly and chatted with me about the area (which I am new to). Overall very friendly service and the pricing seemed fine.

Whenever my 2004 Audi A4 needs attention, Mark always takes phenomenal care of it in a timely manner at a competitive price. I have had numerous jobs done on this vehicle at Quality Tune Up. Brakes, fuel filter, fuel pump, timing belt, water pump, headlights, oil change, radiator etc... I've been beyond satisfied with the quality of all the work done. I took my car to a foreign auto shop when I first needed brakes and the quote they gave me was $200 above Marks quote. Mark is really good with his clientele, my family has been going to him for a while and are always satisfied. I recommend this shop over any other in the Tri-city area.
