5 stars for great customer service by Mark and quick oil change that was well need on my 2012 challenger glad I came here Mark was awesome guy friendly and loved my car just as much as I did :) I'm all about vibes and he definitely made me feel comfortable definitely will be coming back!

What can I say. I could not use my normal smog guy because I needed a star rated station. Opened Sunday +1 Great attitudes +1 Busy but out in 55 min +1 Close to home +1 Passed smog +1 5 yea, i can count. good guys, recommend them !

Mark and his co-workers have done it again. We have been coming to Mark at Quality Tune up for years with no problems. We started using Mark when we went to another automotive shop and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our daughter's Volkswagen Jetta. We even tried the Volkswagen dealer and they told us numerous things were wrong and said it would cost us over $2500.00 to fix it. That is when my husband said...LETS TAKE IT TO MARK! Right away Mark figured out what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. We got out of there with a bill of $800.00. The Volkswagen dealer was also trying to rip us off as the problems they said that were wrong with the car was nonsense! Last week my son tried to smog his Toyota 4-Runner. He had a coupon for another shop and took it there. It didn't pass and the guy just said it was his timing. He came home and he and his dad went over the timing and it wasn't the problem. They couldn't figure it out so we took it to Mark. It took Mark two days but he figured it out...we bought the part...they put it in and we had Mark try to smog it. Wow...it PASSED!!! WAY TO GO QUALITY TUNE UP..again you come through when other's couldn't! If you ever need a great shop to take your car then this is the one. They are a little pricey BUT....Mark gets your car fixed the first time and you never have to come back for anything.

I came here to get an oil change a couple of months ago, and the service was super quick and Mark was very nice and helpful. Usually when a female walks into a car servicing place, the workers try to upsell you on other services. This wasn't the case. I will definitely be coming back here... (soon in fact)...I'm due for another change!

Mark and his team are professional and extremely capable people, and they provide above and beyond service. I came in with my '74 International Scout 2 on a Saturday for a check up. They flushed all the fluids, replaced them with fresh high quality ones. On top of that, they put a new bolt in my exhaust manifold, which drastically reduced the engine noise. The owner also provided me with great advice on how to maintain this 30+ engine. Result: my car drives like the day it came out of the factory! AWESOME!!

Went on a Sunday for a smog test as my regular auto shop was closed. The owner Mark was polite and friendly. Very professional and got the test done in 15 minutes. Got a $5 discount in addition to it my windshield washer fluid was filled for free as well. Highly recommend this shop!

I was able to have a smog check done on my car on a Sunday. Very efficient: I was in-and-out in 15 minutes. With the online coupon the price was just $38 (including the CA certificate). I was helped by Mark (the owner, I think), who was friendly and asked if I wanted any other services (e.g. an oil change), without being pushy. All in all, a very good experience, and I would definitely go back again.

So I went down the street to another place that had 5 stars for a simple oil change. First impression was not great. The employee looked lost and wasn't giving me any information. Like the cost, how long to get my filter (they didn't have the one for my car there) I had to start digging for answers. So I went down the street and Mark greeted me. Great guy, very honest about everything. I thought it was time to change my air filter. Usually the other places would tell you to change a filter every time you come in. Not Mark. Told me not to worried about for another 2 or 3 oil changes. I appreciate companies that is honest. Definitely will come back.

They took me right in and to be served. I was helped by Mark whom I believe is the owner of the service. He was very nice and offered me to go for a higher mileage oil, but I respectfully declined his offer. I know these kind of shops who always offer something better just to get more money -- business tactic. He understood and respected my decision. In no way did he encourage or force me into buying more than something that I really need. That right there was a good plus because as a customer, I wouldn't want to be forced or heavily encouraged into buying anything that I don't need or want -- I had my experiences with other shops who does this kind of thing and it's not good. Small little complaint though: 1) It doesn't seem like they check the tire pressures at all. They just assume that its a bit low and add a little air. I know it might be a small thing, but it can be a big thing if they add too much air. I always listen to the manufacture's recommended PSI and technically like to stay in the target -- a bit of a perfectionist.
