(1) Let me just say I can respect any small business owner responding to any unfavorable review. (2) I decided to look for another place to service my Lexus after being put on hold twice for over 3mins with recorded sales pitches from Lexus is way to much. (3) After being able to see what was needed to repair my car from quality tune-up...Lexus has never offered me an opportunity to see, actually see what they were repairing, I agreed on the service needed. (4) MY BRAKES!... have been squeaking for over 8 months after having Lexus look at them over and over. And today at Quality Tune-Ups they have fixed the problem. Let me just say I don't shop hop. I stick with the people that are up front and honest, I thought Lexus was. Not anymore. Quality Tune-Up will now be my new place.

Mark is a genuine good guy and businessman. The first time i started using his sevices was a bit over 3 years ago. He told me a price for getting my truck working again and then when i came to pick up the truck he said it was much less because he was able to repair instead of replace all the parts. Then the next time i went in, he was busy and worked withn my window two days in a row at a record pae to fix two trucks for me and still gave me a discount on a few of the items. While in the lobby people were coming and going. More than once he was to do a smog check for someone and had them go down the street to another company to save them money over his pricing and so they would not waste time waiting for a turn a hs shop. He made sure they were taken care of and had what they needed done.. Good company to work with for your cars and trucks! So rad. The lobby reminded me of the 70s and 80s and it was relaxing in a retro kind of way.

great customer service. quick oil change, don't go to your expensive car dealership. lots of magazines for the 15 minute wait.

My experience here was very good.Mark and his team are good people.I went there for the inspection of an used car.He walked me through the whole process.He gave me good and useful advice.He explained to me why those things needed to be fixed and gave me an accurate quote.They are fast and very helpful.I would surely recommend this shop.

Did my smog check on a Sunday, when no one else is open. Fast, easy and gave $5 off because my son found a marker painted his face. Super nice guys.

Mark and his team have done my car (and my husband's car well). I first took my car here in October in hopes to resolve my check engine light along with a whole bunch of other issues that I was anticipating due to neglect on my end. I love my car but don't maintain it the best I could. In October I took my car in for a smog and got a whole bunch of stuff done. I'd never replaced the brake pads on my car (bad I know :() and I was way overdue for an oil change. Mark was really accomodating and broke down the charges before he started the service. I appreciated this bc it would have sucked to leave and come back to a high bill. My car didn't pass so I had to get all this stuff done. After the repairs I drove my car around for a bit and stopped by to see if everything was good to go. For my second visit one of the monitors wasn't ready so they told me to drive it around a bit more then they could do the Smog again. Drove my car around more and took it in yesterday. Smog passed, free of charge (not saying the smog check is free! YOU will have to pay but I think bc I had all this crap that I had to do initially and I didn't pass the first time they waived it!) YAY!!! Everytime that my husband and I have gone to Quality the service has been great. My daughter even got a cupcake during one of our visits LOL. They're fast, considerate, and pricing is reasonable. Good job!

Mark and his crew have been servicing my car for at least 2+ years now. Every time my BF and I come here the customer service is outstanding and they are as prompt as you can get when it comes to oil changes. There are coupons you can use off of their website. I feel very comfortable putting my car in these guys hands. They know what they are doing and always have a friendly smile and conversation that comes along with the service. (Something that most other places never offer)

I actually came here today since my Infiniti was over due for an oil change. Like a majority of everyone here, I decided to give this place a try because of the good ratings on Yelp. When I pulled up here and parked, I was greeted very quickly by Mark. He was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I presented him a coupon from their website if you want to get some package deals. Mark drove my car carefully to the service area while I walked to the waiting room. When I got to the waiting room, it wasn't crowded. Good thing I had time during the week to beat the weekend rush. After a couple of minutes of waiting, Mark came into the waiting room. He called me up to take some info from me. After that was done, he informed me that I needed a flush to clean my engine. I agreed to it since I knew I was overdue for that service anyway. Mark was very knowledgeable and explains fully the benefits of their services. During the 25 minute wait I had the following services done: - Oil & filter change - New air filter - Rotation of tires - Tire pressure check - Check and topping of fluids After this was all done, I had one more recommendation of changing my power steering fluid. I agreed to that as well since I haven't changed that in awhile. That service took another 15 minutes. I've spent almost $300 in services, but I did notice a big improvement in my car's performance. Thank you to Mark and staff for the great service today.

It was my first time getting my oil changed outside of the dealership and I wasn't disappointed. The guys here were so helpful since I had no clue what I was doing and gave me a great deal. During my wait I ended up having a long convo about DC Universe with one of the guys who worked there and had a blast just waiting. Definitely coming back for the next change.
