They performed the period maintenance well on a Nissan and did not try to up sell me. The interior was left a little dirty, but that is not a deal breaker.

Customer Service is under-rated these days. The guys here made me feel welcome and cared about. I had a many issues with my van when I took it in... SMOG, brakes, tires, oil change... Quality work, quality service and REASONABLE prices... I'll always be bringing our cars here from on.

I just decided to try these guys out as I was looking for a new mechanic and it was the best decision. Extremely precise and quick service, the workers were nice and informative. Let me know what was wrong with my car without trying to force me into paying for it all, in other words they were not pushy at all. This is my new auto shop and will stay that way as long as I live here! Thank you guys for the great service!

They were really quick and nice! Came in on a Sunday with a screw in a tire an hour before closing. They patched it up within 20 mins and only charged $15. Great service!

Went in for a Smog check and was told 30 minutes. No waiting and I was in and out in just around 30 minutes. Not the cheapest, but good service; thanks Mark.

Came here for a smog test. The checkin was quick and the people are very nice. They have a small waiting area where you can sit while they service your vehicle. Rates are clearly listed on a board.

I have been to Quality many times over the last 6 years. Everytime I come in for maintenence or an emergency repair, Mark and his guys are always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I have had nothing but great service and would recommend them to anyone. Fast, reliable and professional too. The waiting area is always clean, they always explain the issues and show you what work and parts have been fixed or replaced.
