Went in for a Smog check and was told 30 minutes. No waiting and I was in and out in just around 30 minutes. Not the cheapest, but good service; thanks Mark.

Came here for a smog test. The checkin was quick and the people are very nice. They have a small waiting area where you can sit while they service your vehicle. Rates are clearly listed on a board.

I have been to Quality many times over the last 6 years. Everytime I come in for maintenence or an emergency repair, Mark and his guys are always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I have had nothing but great service and would recommend them to anyone. Fast, reliable and professional too. The waiting area is always clean, they always explain the issues and show you what work and parts have been fixed or replaced. Name is very deceptive. Yes they do oil and smog. I also take my auto mobile there for maintenance. Mark is honest and will finish the job when he says he will. In the past year we have moved to Dublin. Gladly do the drive to have them work on our car. Its hard to find a honest mechanic and when you do you need to stick with them.

I've been taking both my cars to these guys for a while now. They have great service and gets me in and out in no time. Never had to wait more than an hour even with a full house. I would recommend this place to anyone. These guys always recommend service needed on my car but never pushed into the service if not needed at the time.

As a long time Fremont resident, I can honestly tell you that this place is the BEST repair shop around. Don't bother going any where else. Mark and his staff take their time to explain the problem, the fix and always works with my budget. Don't be fooled by the fools with bad reviews. My Chevy Tahoe has 299,000 miles on it and its still kicking.
