Prior to coming to this place I had just left a previous mechanic who had no customer service and told me, I would have to leave the vehicle for a week to find out whats wrong with it. I left and googled a place to go and found this place over the weekend. In a short notice I was able to bring the vehicle in. After the vehicle was diagnosed I was told the truth what needed to be repaired to pass smog. I am speechless to say how grateful I am with the honesty and the friendliness I received. The vehicle was worked on and I was able to drive away the same day. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the care…. The owner Jim is very kind, friendly and professional. I appreciate his work ethics and customer service. It is something I have not experienced .. Well recommended. I will surely be back with another car because of his business… Thank you very much Jim and mechanics…

Quick and efficient service. Very nice, friendly kind and professional. Whatever the issues I pointed all were sorted out perfectly and they fixed my steering wheel issue which I missed to pointed out. Had issues with noisy breaks, and it got replaced. Overall it's a great experience for me with Quality tune up, and I really appreciated the service done to my car with great care and I'm completely satisfied and I would recommend always. 👍👏

Dont give your car them for smoke check. They said me 2 hours for easy smoke check i said okay and went to eat something. When i came after two hour they said me again come after one hour. That is terrible 😢 i want my 🔑 and left there

To help avoid long waits, we recommend coming right at opening time to be first in line or calling ahead to check current wait times. In some cases, we’re also able to take a number and call customers when their vehicle is coming up, which can make the wait more convenient. We have been 4 times on Bascom location 1st time the car came out more broken. We thought this was just a coincidence- It can happen and let it repair ($$$$) somewhere else because my son lived not around here and almost k… the car by driving home. Last week was the second time and after in my opinion a much too expensive brake exchange and a SERVICE. Two other parts in the car were broken. 3rd time: They did NOT find an entire day long why the car was overheating- my other son found out after piking up. 4th time after my son said what was wrong: Unfriendly response and they denied everything, the repair would be an additional 600 dollars. We took the car and drove slowly away even they offered us to reduced the repair cost to 350 dollars. We don’t trust them to do anything else on this car anymore. Either they have no knowledge about German cars and damaging accidentally other parts or they do it on purpose. Both do NOT show quality and professionalism. Fazit: high chance to pay much more than expected… with unfriendly staff - no thanks

As part of our standard checklist, we checked the coolant level, and there were no signs of overheating at the time. When the vehicle returned a few days later with an overheating issue unrelated to the services performed, we waived our standard diagnostic fee as a courtesy. After identifying a failed cooling fan, we quoted just one hour of labor and priced the part well below retail—offering to complete the repair for $500, which is significantly less than the standard $600-700 cost for that job. We’ve proudly served this community for 49 years and have built a strong reputation for honest, quality service on all makes and models—including German vehicles. In fact, the owner of this location personally drives Mercedes and BMW vehicles and is very familiar with their systems. We never cut corners, cause damage, or suggest unnecessary repairs. We’re truly disappointed to hear we’ve lost your trust and understand how frustrating car issues can be.
