Came in on short notice about an hour and a half before closing time and was able to just drop my car off for an oil change. Walked to Flames right across the street and had dessert and coffee and by the time we were done with that they called saying my car was finished. Fast and friendly service and got the job done very quickly! They have coupons in pennysavers I believe for $23 oil changes. And for me they didn't do what most other places do and try to tell you that your car needs more work so you spend more money. They didn't mention any other work I needed. Just the Oil change. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for a Oil Change/Tune up.

$25 dollar for conventional oil change(they use chevron oil) and tire pressure check, pretty good price! The guy Rich and their technician were friendly and helpful but one of the their Asian worker didn't really respond to any of the question I asked about my car. however, Rich and his crew were willing to stay after their closing time to work on my oil change and I really appreciate that.

I had a wonderful experience with this Quality Tune-up shop located across the street from Santana Row. I took my fiancé's car to this shop to fix an engine issue. Team was really helpful, and knowledgeable. Fixed problem in timely manner and charged really reasonably. They even worked around my schedule... they close at 6 and due to traffic it took me little longer than expected. I called them to inform that, and they waited 10 min pass 6 till I got there. Mike was all cool about it, showed and explained me all the things they fixed with my car thoroughly and patiently before signing off my car to me. I was really impressed by their commitment and dedication to their customer. I would definitely go there if there is any issue with my car.

I came here needing an oil change and smog. I choose this location due to yelp reviews and a coupon that came to my house. I called in the morning to make an appointment and they said no appointment needed, just to come in. I even clarified that I wouldn't be able to make it until 4:30pm due to work and they close at 6pm. Rich said it would be no problem. The location is literally at a 76 station so it can be a little hard to miss. It is located across the way from Santana Row so killing time is easy. Rich took down my information, gave me a quote and told me that my car would be ready in about an hour. I left and got a call promptly one hour later. Rich asked if I would like to add some power steering fluid and when I said I would be able to take care of it, there was no trying to sell me on it or annoyance in his voice, just "okay sounds good!". I really appreciate service like this because my experience at other places have been super unpleasant and very pushy. Prices were fair, I paid and was on my way. Rich has superior customer service and I will gladly return.

Loved this place! Ask for Sergio- such a nice man. Got my Toyota Tundra right in (no advanced warning) and smog-checked my truck in 20 minutes. He noticed that I had printed out his business overview from Yelp and gave me a nice discount! Honest and know what they are doing. I will be bringing in my Civic and Tundra in again for an oil change and service. Nice to have honest guys so close to home! Thank you!

This Quality Tune-Up Shop is located at a gas station across the street from Santana Row -- don't drive too fast and you might miss it driving down Winchester! I've been here twice since moving to the Bay Area a year ago and I'm happy to report that the service has been consistently great. So much so, that I'd rather drive down from SF to get my car serviced here than to look for a new shop in the city (I used to live in Santa Clara, which is how I stumbled across this shop in the first place). The guys here are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done efficiently. They charge you a fair price and don't try to scam/sell you on things you don't need.

Quick Summary: Hardworking + Knowledgeable + HONEST. Rare combo in the sketchy auto car mech industry. Came in on Sunday, for an oil change and brake inspection. Was helped by a guy named Mike. It was a bit busy and only he was working. Mike told me it would be ~$35 for the oil change and $20 for the brake inspection. When I came to pick up my car he told me the rotors had another ~6 months of wear and tear before needing to be resurfaced (as long as I didn't mind the occasional bumpiness when applying the brakes). Here's what really impressed me... He only charged me $35 for the oil change because he was able to do visually inspect the breaks and didn't have to remove anything to inspect the rotors.

Saw the yelp reviews, decided to check them out. This was my first visit here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and dependable. Went in for a basic oil change, and asked them to check on anything else. (Secretly, I already knew I needed a power steering flush and nothing else.) And they told me my power steering fluid was dirty, and recommended a flush. These guys know what they're talking about. I'll go nowhere else but here. Signed, Very happy customer

I was overdue on my oil change and I was in the area so I called in and the guy told me to come in and I'd get my oil change done immediately. It was early in the morning and I didnt have to wait. Got my oil changed, the guy did notice I needed to get my transmission flushed. And its true I need to get my 30k maintenance on the car. The guy didnt pressure me or try to sell me it, but advised that I should get it done so my car will run smoother. Legit place for an oil change!

My first visit here was because my brand new used car was popping out of third gear. I took my car to another mechanic and they said that my synchro's needed to be replaced. That's expensive. So I did a little research and found out that popping out of third gear is common on RSX's and I just needed to change the manual transmission fluid. I got a few quarts of the best and took my car over to Quality Tune-Up to do the change. They charged 20 bucks to swap out the fluid for me. I would have preferred if they would have just let me use their lift and do it myself but I understand why this isn't an option. So, for 20 bucks they'll switch out your MTF for you. Cool. The guys here are so nice! My second visit was for a synthetic oil change. I think it was just over 60 bucks (average, as far as I can tell). They are always fast.
