This place is great! I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Great customer service and good prices. I needed an oil change for $25 or less. I called a few different places but they were all out of my price range. Finally I googled cheap oil changes and I found a $23.95 coupon for Quality Tune-Up. I called to ask if I needed to bring in the coupon or just show my phone. Rich picked up the phone and was super nice...he told me to just come on in, printing not necessary. It's like I could feel his good energy through the phone, which made me want to go even more. Once there he greeted me with a huge smile and took care of my car. Since the shop is right across from Santana Row, I went over to browse and Rich said he would give me a call once everything was finished. About 30 minutes later I received a call and walked out paying exactly $25 :) Thank you Quality Tune-Up Shops!

Never knew waiting for an oil change could be fun until I brought the car here on Tuesday. The weather was beautiful, the mechanic, Rich, had a delightfully sunny personality, and the music was unusual for a garage- i.e., 'How Will I Know' by Whitney Houston, 'I'm Every Woman' by Toni Braxton. Service was quick and honest. This place really stood out. I will definitely be going back.

Quality service, fast, efficient and great prices. I bombarded Richard with questions and he was able to answer them all. He checked my brakes for free, recommended I needed them in 15-20k, was really personable. Needed some new tires and recommended me for a hookup through his cousin. I think I found my new shop!

I was bringing my car in to the Honda dealership up until the warranty expired. I'm glad to have found this place and have been bringing my car here ever since. Rich is extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. Being a girl who has limited knowledge about cars, it can be challenging to find a place you can really trust to not lie to you or rip you off. They are open on weekends so it's convenient, and you don't need an appointment for an oil change. It's also a plus that Santana Row is right across the street so I can kill some time while I wait for my car to be serviced.

Great prices, fast service. $38 for a smog check. Even on a busy Saturday the guys were great.

Great service in a timely manner! Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to this place in the future. Richard was quick to locate the problem and give me a fair price. If you are sick of going to dealerships and getting estimates that are 3xs the normal price like me, then come here!! I was recommended this place by one of my coworkers and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great place to get your smog check if you do not have time on the weekdays as they are open 7 days a week. Looking forward to utilizing some of their other services. I can see that parking might have been an issue had come on a busier day as they share the same lot with a 76 but I am sure the staff will be happy to assist you.

Excellent fast friendly service. The gentleman here always has a smile on his face and a helpful positive attitude. This is the only mechanic I have been to where I can TRUST them and feel they are honest with what needs to be done in my car. I have been here for an oil change and tire rotation. Definetely take you car here!!!!!!

I'm new to the area and my car started making noises as I was dropping my kids off at school. I just managed to get it to this garage and I'm so glad I did. They were fantastic! They diagnosed the problem quickly and had my car back to me with new brakes, stabilizers and air filter in time for afternoon errands. All this and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back.
