I came into the shop today just wanting an oil change but these guys did everything. I had Gilbert and Mike help me out and they fixed everything. They helped me tape underneath my car to fix a small issue. They helped me drain my nasty transmission fluid. I was really impressed with how much they cared about my service. This is my shop from now on.

Anytime our car needs any kind of maintenance we take it over to the people at Quality Tune-Up. Mike, Lee, Gilbert, and the team have never let us down with regards to their work and word. They get the work done in a timely manner. We always feel safe leaving our car with them. It is also very nice that the work can get done quickly and I can go get a coffee or a bite and relax or stroll for a bit outside with my children across the street at Santana Row. We have been customers of theirs for over 10 years. They have serviced our Audi, Lexus and Chevrolet. My husband and I highly recommend this shop.

It's a nice place,They did the timing belt replacement last week which was on time and with a reasonable price.Gilbert and other staff were nice and knowledgeable.I like their service and I will come back next time.

Walked in and they took me within minutes! Gilbert hooked it up and did everything I asked and went above and beyond. I feel safe heading on my road trip tomorrow knowing they changed my oil and some. Great price, great service, will be back soon!

Best there is around the area. Called the place and a man named Gilbert picked up the phone, he gave me quick and clear quotes on the service he does. Oil changes, repairs, and even brakes. When I arrived, Gilbert ended up helping me out and gave me the best solution to Any problems I had. Great experience, by the experienced.

It's raining but my car needs new windshield wipers and an oil change. My initial response is to head over to Quality Tune-Up where they've consistently taken care of my Avalon for the past 4 years. I been coming to this place for about 5 years. They are always friendly and helpful. Today I came in for brake pads and a new batterry. Gilbert was very profesional and very helpful! It was also very quick service!

Friendly service, quick to answer phone calls, and no BS when it comes to estimations. Did a synthetic oil change and they informed me of the discount with just email address provided. I got my synthetic oil change for around 50 some in comparison to 70! Thanks Gilbert !

This is a great place to get any aspect of your automobile fixed, believe me I know. I have run the full gamut with these guys. I have had Mike, Le and the rest of guys work on all different mechanics elements. I've had them fix on two different vehicles, everything from AC & AC Compressor (medium size job), Heater, Intake Manifold Gasket (big job), Timing Belt & Water Pump(another big job), Brake Lines, Rotors, Brakes, Clutch Kit & Flywheel (yet another big job), Smog, Oil Changes and a dozen other countless other repairs & tasks. Mike has been pretty great the whole time. Yes, it cost money to get you're vehicle worked on properly, with lots of experience and care from a qualified technician and with good customer care and communication along the way. Yet these guys have excelled during all these repairs. Rarely have I had to come back and have then correct anything after big job was done. All in all, this place is a great shop to get literally anything repaired or fixed properly on any new or older vehicle. Take it from me, I have the invoices to back it up and it did hurt my bank account along the way but I saved a lot of money and time and stress not working with dealerships or other independent mechanic shops. Quality cost and Qualtiy Tune Up is a affordable choice to get your vehicle fixed by very well experienced and friendly technicians.

Something went wrong with my car, a 1999 Toyota C.. I had to tow it. The dude said it's my starter and it cost me $502 for labor taxes and parts.
