Real good service! My car engine light is on so I need someone to take a look at it as soon as possible. I go on yelp and I see quality right across the place that I worked at and have 4 starts rating. Unfortunately is passed business hour but I figure it doesn't hurt to check it out anyway. Rich who are the only one left in the shop are nice enough to help me out even though is pass business hours already. Fun guy and nice, real talkative with his customers. Service is done beautifully and efficiently! Highly recommend!

Great service. Same day and much cheaper than going to a BMW or Mercedes dealer. The guys working there look like they're having fun while doing a good job. Thanks for Rich, Abel and Le!!!

Stopped in today for an oil change based on Yelp reviews. LEGIT!!! Rich assisted me and was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and the oil change was quick. He made a couple of suggestions, one being brake pads which I already knew needed replacement. There was no upselling and he actually took the time to show me the worn brake pads. Most places will give you a laundry list and try and rip you off especially if you are a female. This is my new go to oil change spot.

I am very pleased with this location. They're polite, reasonably priced, and fast. I'm always worried about someone screwing me over when it comes to car maintenance and repairs, so I tend to hover and ask to see oil that was taken out of my car. They didn't mind a bit! I'm actually heading over today for another oil change, which is why I remembered to write this review :D

I would highly recommend this auto shop. They replaced my front brakes and roters for a really great price! I also told them that my check engine light was on and they checked it and realized a vacuum hose was loose. They fixed it for free! Great prices and very nice people, it's not very often you can say that when it comes to getting your car fixed!

Came in to change my brake pads and rotors. I was a little hesitant to let them do the job as I have always been here for oil change only. But the owner Mike and his staff Rich gave me top of the line service walked me through if I really needed to change the parts, alternatives etc. They made sure I had my questions answered before I left. Bottom line, great price for great service! I've been reading on some comments and I don't agree with some of the negative things you guys said, especially for one of the review about not getting oil filled to the max! To proof you wrong, I checked mine and it was on point!

I needed to get my Starter replaced on Saturday evening after 6 when most of the shops are closed. I went to this shop and they helped me out doing extra work for about an hour. A very reasonably priced mechanic with honest workers. I recommend Quality tune up shop as one of the best mechanic i have ever been to.

Nice and friendly!! Got an oil change and transmission flush all done in an hour or so! Go in the morning its always quicker

Went here for an oil change and there was a special so it was about $20 + tax. The nice thing about this place is that it's across the street from Santana Row, so you can go have a bubble tea at Fantasia and they will call you when your car is ready.

I needed to get my transmission flushed in a hurry so I Yelped and found Quality Tune Up. When I called they told me that I could get right in no problem and they gave me a quote for a fairly low price. We dropped my car of and they said it would only take an hour. Luckily the location of this place is perfect. There is plenty to do while you wait. We just happened to decide to catch a movie while we waited. When we came back we settled the bill which was exactly what he quoted me and then I was off and about to enjoy the rest of my day. I'll be coming back for sure! Pros- convenient location, friendly staff, great prices, and quick service Cons- none so far
