I was bringing my car in to the Honda dealership up until the warranty expired. I'm glad to have found this place and have been bringing my car here ever since. Rich is extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. Being a girl who has limited knowledge about cars, it can be challenging to find a place you can really trust to not lie to you or rip you off. They are open on weekends so it's convenient, and you don't need an appointment for an oil change. It's also a plus that Santana Row is right across the street so I can kill some time while I wait for my car to be serviced.

Great prices, fast service. $38 for a smog check. Even on a busy Saturday the guys were great.

Great service in a timely manner! Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to this place in the future. Richard was quick to locate the problem and give me a fair price. If you are sick of going to dealerships and getting estimates that are 3xs the normal price like me, then come here!! I was recommended this place by one of my coworkers and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great place to get your smog check if you do not have time on the weekdays as they are open 7 days a week. Looking forward to utilizing some of their other services. I can see that parking might have been an issue had come on a busier day as they share the same lot with a 76 but I am sure the staff will be happy to assist you.

Excellent fast friendly service. The gentleman here always has a smile on his face and a helpful positive attitude. This is the only mechanic I have been to where I can TRUST them and feel they are honest with what needs to be done in my car. I have been here for an oil change and tire rotation. Definetely take you car here!!!!!!

I'm new to the area and my car started making noises as I was dropping my kids off at school. I just managed to get it to this garage and I'm so glad I did. They were fantastic! They diagnosed the problem quickly and had my car back to me with new brakes, stabilizers and air filter in time for afternoon errands. All this and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Came in on short notice about an hour and a half before closing time and was able to just drop my car off for an oil change. Walked to Flames right across the street and had dessert and coffee and by the time we were done with that they called saying my car was finished. Fast and friendly service and got the job done very quickly! They have coupons in pennysavers I believe for $23 oil changes. And for me they didn't do what most other places do and try to tell you that your car needs more work so you spend more money. They didn't mention any other work I needed. Just the Oil change. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for a Oil Change/Tune up.

$25 dollar for conventional oil change(they use chevron oil) and tire pressure check, pretty good price! The guy Rich and their technician were friendly and helpful but one of the their Asian worker didn't really respond to any of the question I asked about my car. however, Rich and his crew were willing to stay after their closing time to work on my oil change and I really appreciate that.

I had a wonderful experience with this Quality Tune-up shop located across the street from Santana Row. I took my fiancé's car to this shop to fix an engine issue. Team was really helpful, and knowledgeable. Fixed problem in timely manner and charged really reasonably. They even worked around my schedule... they close at 6 and due to traffic it took me little longer than expected. I called them to inform that, and they waited 10 min pass 6 till I got there. Mike was all cool about it, showed and explained me all the things they fixed with my car thoroughly and patiently before signing off my car to me. I was really impressed by their commitment and dedication to their customer. I would definitely go there if there is any issue with my car.

I came here needing an oil change and smog. I choose this location due to yelp reviews and a coupon that came to my house. I called in the morning to make an appointment and they said no appointment needed, just to come in. I even clarified that I wouldn't be able to make it until 4:30pm due to work and they close at 6pm. Rich said it would be no problem. The location is literally at a 76 station so it can be a little hard to miss. It is located across the way from Santana Row so killing time is easy. Rich took down my information, gave me a quote and told me that my car would be ready in about an hour. I left and got a call promptly one hour later. Rich asked if I would like to add some power steering fluid and when I said I would be able to take care of it, there was no trying to sell me on it or annoyance in his voice, just "okay sounds good!". I really appreciate service like this because my experience at other places have been super unpleasant and very pushy. Prices were fair, I paid and was on my way. Rich has superior customer service and I will gladly return.
