(4 MONTHS AGO) I just bought a 20 year old Volvo that needed new gaskets everywhere and was leaking oil. The helpful crew at Quality not only found and fixed everything but they also cleaned up all of the oil splatters and refilled all of the fluids under the hood! Quick and reliable service right in your own neighborhood. I definately give Quality a 5 star review! UPDATE: AGAIN, this car failed me on the freeway. I had it towed to QUALITY because I've come to trust them. AGAIN, they exceeded my expectations and found and fixed everything! I've come to trust everyone at QUALITY and I HIGHLY recommend this location for all of your automotive needs. 5 STARS again and again.

I didn't know a tune-up and oil change would cost $1,100.00 + 700.00+ was for labor. I see now why women get ripped off so much. I have 3 other cars I will never take it there again.. women beware.
Linda, We are very disappointed to see this review. Your gender has nothing to do with the prices we charge. That is why we charge a package price for our fluid exchange services. It is a set price regardless of gender, race, nationality, etc. We also use the state of California-approved labor rate time for all parts replacement items for the year, make, and model of your specific vehicle. We used this labor guide for your spark plug and serpentine belt replacements based on our $158-an-hour shop labor rate. You came in for your 100K mile manufacturer-recommended services. We performed a lot more than just a tune-up for you. We performed spark plug replacement (parts $116.64 & labor guide price $189.60), A/C compressor serpentine belt replacement (parts $66.56 and labor guide price $79.00), Transmission fluid replacement (package price $194.80), Fuel System Cleaning Service (package price $99.95), Coolant exchange replacement (package price $179.95), Power Steering fluid replacement (package price $94.95) and brake fluid exchange replacement (package price $99.95). The state of California makes us break each package and each repair down into parts and labor for sales tax purposes. In our packages, we charge more for labor than parts to save you money on taxes.
