I've been bringing my cars to be serviced here since 2004. Mike the general manager is an honest guy and does an excellent job. He won't try to bring up the bill for minor fixes and he has worked on all my cars over the years as well as my moms. I always know I'm getting the best price and quality work. I've never had an issue with his work but know that he would gladly fix it if there ever was one. I honestly won't bring any car of mine to any other mechanic and even drove the hour to get here when I moved away. I highly recommend this place! Craig is really good too and all the guys have great customer service but Mike is the number one reason I tell everyone to bring there cars here.

Went here for an oil change with a new to me car a bought. Mark was great it did a once over for me. I went back a month later since he offered me a great deal on tires and I continue to go back for my oil changes.

These guy's are great! They will NOT try to sell you things you don't need, or pressure you to get anything fixed that doesn't need fixing. I usually speak with Rich or Mike. They are fast friendly, and do great work at a reasonable price. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is great!!! I have been taking my four used cars here for maintenance and repair work, and Sukhi & team have gone out of their way every single time to make sure that my cars receive the TLC they need to keep them running for a very long time. I absolutely love that I can trust these guys to fix exactly what is needed, to do it right and at a fair price. They have the customer's interest at heart, as they will never suggest repairs that are not needed. Also, instead of replacing whole assemblies, they actually take the time to troubleshoot the problem and find the precise component that malfunctions, thus keeping repair costs low. I have been gaining a lot of mechanics know-how since I have been a customer here, as each time a new problem comes up, Sukhi takes me to the car (or lifts the car up for me), so he can show me exactly what is happening and why. Thanks, Sukhi! On top of that, Sukhi has been my right hand in advising me whether to purchase or not a used car whenever I needed to make an addition to my fleet. I love how I am able to take a car over, tell him the asking price, and after a couple of hours find out his opinion on whether I should purchase the car or run. My most recent acquisition is a 1995 RV, and Sukhi has been instrumental in breathing new life into it; now it runs great! Thanks, Sukhi! I can't believe I have finally found a mechanic shop that I trust and that cares, and if I ever move away from the area, I will still come here for repairs. Sukhi rocks! Sukhi, thank you so, so much for your patience and for always going the extra mile to make sure that my concerns are addressed! I am in great hands :D! PS. I did not know that my neighbors also take their cars here for service; I only figured it out when they recommended your business to me. It's a small world!

My entire family ( 10 adults) have been taking our cars and trucks to Suki for years. Everything has always been above and beyond. The owner has driven me home before if he was going to need my vehicle all say. Sweet. They have all allowed me to watch them work on everything from a clutch replacement to brake job explaining everything they are doing. I like to know what they are doing and none of the employees have ever minded. I had a few minor issues, broken door bolt, and drove to this shop. Being a good customer, they welded it right then. No waiting. Love these guys as does my husband. Suki is the best. Small, clean (as can be for a place that works on cars ) and honest.

TODAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER 5-STAR SERVICE REPAIR ON MY CAR. Make no mistake about it, finding a quality, friendly, trustworthy & affordable automotive shop in the Bay Area is extremely difficult. Yes, I could have taken my Escalade to other shops including the Cadillac dealership, but, QUALITY AUTO TUNE-UP does it RIGHT. They test drive my car after each repair and if they find other problems, they call me with and we discuss options to help me out. The service team at Quality Auto have set a superior standard for customer service & customer care. They are really reasonably priced, and other local dealerships & auto shops should really look, listen & learn. Auto repairs are so damn expensive and stressful, it really a great relief to know that I have a auto shop that would take care of my car without breaking my purse. It's OK to even supply your own parts, I love it. I think its great also they work with you to schedule your repair, so you are back on the road real soon. I Love it ! I would not say it if it wasn't true, everyone is friendly, attentive, and knowledge. JUST ALL AROUND GOOD PEOPLE. The customer lounge has been remodeled and is comfortable given a small space. I have always had a really positive experience with Quality Auto Tune Up. They have my business & referrals. Thanks again for raising the bar on auto service & customer care. I've been coming here for about 4 years and 2 cars now and always get great service at low prices. Go here and see Rich he's great. These guys don't try to push services that you don't need. They will work to fit you in thier busy schedule. I highly recommend this place!

TOP KNOTCH SERVICE! Rich and his workers are completely understanding of the customer and always give the best price. They are down to earth and super friendly, I don't know why I waited this long to finally come here. If I could, i would give them 6 stars. They changed my intake and gave me a smog all within the hour. Super fast service and there was no doubt in my mind anything bad would happen. I came in without an appointment, and they accomodated my every need!!

Mark and his team are helpful and honest. When my Honda Civic blew a gasket a couple weeks ago I was hesitant where to take my car in for the repair. I received mixed opinions on what to do. My soon to be father in law Reverend Barry Click recommended Quality. With such an expensive repair I was nervous about the entire process. Mark and his team have been very knowledgeable so far. They know cars. He's applying the diagnostic cost towards the entire repair cost and the price is reasonable. He's also providing a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I feel confident they will perform quality work and I'm looking forward to bringing my car in for future work.
